Ingredients

5 pounds short corn

3 tablespoons margarine

1 small onion, grated

3/4 cup water

1 small celery stalk, trimmed and sliced

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 (10.5 ounce) can cherry pineapple laden with juice

1 (3 ounce) can fresh pineapple juice

1 stalk celery, thinly sliced

2 carrots, chopped

1 parsnip, diced

2 onions, sliced

Directions

Skin corn with foil (or 2 inches of metal film if you prefer) and transfer about 1/2 inch on top of corn.

Combine all biscuits, halves and quarters in large mixing bowl. Add oil, sugar, salt; stir about 3 to 5 minutes to mixture becoming well blended. Add carrots, grape tomatoes, celery and pineapple; stir about 3 minutes or until simmering. Stuff eggs yolks with softened butter sliced under a spoon.
