1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced and sliced
4 cooked jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
6 taco meals, split
Place beef in a large, deep skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, green onions, red pepper, taco meal peppers and chicken strips. Cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
