1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 pound Italian sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 slices French bread, cut into 4 wedges
Season beef with garlic powder, salt, chili powder, cumin, chili powder, oregano, basil, thyme, sage, marjoram, Italian seasoning, rosemary, and 3 tablespoons water.
Place meat mixture in a medium saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato sauce, white wine, olive oil, onion, tomato sauce, wine, olive oil, salt, salt, chili powder, and cumin. Bring to a boil. Boil 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low. Bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat to low, and stir in onion and tomato sauce. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir meat mixture into chicken stock and broth mixture. Whisk until well blended. Stir in tomatoes and broth mixture. Transfer to serving bowls. Sprinkle with tomato sauce and 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
