6 roasted potatoes
2 (3 ounce) packets instant sugar snack mix
1 packet corn syrup
1 teaspoon chili powder mixed with 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 medium boiled egg ( 1 to 2 tablespoons )
3 teaspoons vegetable oil
Place potatoes in a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered. Boil 10 minutes. Stir potato mixture back into pouch in microwave; cover.
Transfer potato mixture to an air tight tin lined with paper. Return potato mixture to microwave for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring almost constantly.
