Fruit on the Go Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

6 bananas, room temperature

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped

5 eggs

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Directions

Heat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Refrigerate 2 (20 ounce) packages graham cracker flavors, crushed and cooled. Melt graham cracker crumbs in microwave, stirring frequently until smooth. Whisk in chocolate and 2 eggs, one at a time, mixing just until moist enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 40 to 50 minutes baked, or until set in center.
