1 chicken breast or fillet
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash seasoning salt
1 cup cooked white wine
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup dark brown sugar
Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or bowl. Add water, onion, salt, seasoning salt, white wine, thyme, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove chicken breasts from dish or bowl in paring process and set aside. Drain excess fat.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil to prevent sticking.
Bake chicken breasts in preheated oven for 3 hours, turning less than 1 minute. Turn breasts once or twice during the cooking process to ensure they brown on each side.
