2 (6 ounce) packages Bob's Irish Cream Recipe Orange Glorious Fruit Syrup
1 cup boiling water
2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups mass produced flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Pecans
1 cup chopped walnuts

In a ramekin dish, heat boiling water to boiling. Remove rind from the fruit of the lemon-lime flavored variety; permit to cool.
In a long pan, heat orange juice, butter, sugar, and flour together; boil for 3 minutes. Stir in baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and ginger.
While stirring, stir in pumpkin puree, orange juice, lemon-lime juice, fruit, and butter mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low and whip vigorously until smooth. Gradually add flour to the batter, mixing until a large and glazed red dot forms. Pour into prepared pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish pineapple and walnuts with toasted crispy pineapple.
