1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 pint strawberry sherbet
1/2 (8 ounce) package yellow cake mix
In a small bowl combine lemon juice, brown sugar, lemon zest and lemon zest. Mix well. Pour into crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven after 30 minutes. Cool completely. Serve warm with frosting, strawberries or sherbet. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight before serving. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for several hours.
