3 cups green coffee liqueur
3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons light rum
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup brandy sifted with lemon zest
In a small glass or metal bowl, mix coffee liqueur, cocoa, light rum and brandy. Stirring constantly, stir in lemon zest. Pour into cake pan. Chill in refrigerator; cut before serving.
