1 (2 liter) bottle cold lemon rind liqueur
1 cup water
1 cup scalding hot lemon liqueur
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) can grenadine syrup
Fill a cocktail mixer with ice. Stir briefly. Fill one half of the glass half way with water; pour into ice. Strain into a second serving glass. Stir one teaspoon grenadine into each and pour into glass. Garnish with poinsettia.
