Chicken Ball 3/4 cup uncooked instant rice water

Ingredients

3 tablespoons cornstarch

3 tablespoons water

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 cup dry meat (e.g., Turkey for bone), frozen (donut or pastry shell can be frozen separately), drained and rinsed

3 tablespoons olive oil

5 cloves garlic, chopped

6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons dried basil

salt to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, combine instant rice and other (liquid) ingredients.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and lightly oil a large baking dish. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Stir well, then beat in flour, baking powder, salt, and flour mixture until smooth. Stir in chicken, lemon juice, herbs, and basil. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
