1/3 cup butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (10 ounce) can baked potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large bowl, butter a large bowl. Mix together 1 tablespoon flour and sugar. Mix in salt, pepper and chopped potatoes. Stir in onion, parsley, paprika, chives, mozzarella cheese, and baked potatoes.
Turn a large metal bowl upside down, pressing down on the top and bottom of the bowl. Pour the batter into pans, spreading evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly. Cool before cutting into desired shape.
