1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
In a small, clean bowl, mix dry mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and mustard blend. Shape into a thick sauce that can be spread on a small piece of toast to help surfaces get a better grip. Spread hamburger in the thin layer.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
