I followed many of the reviewer's suggestions except for drying the shrimp brine—at 325 it was done! I left it marinate until I was ready to used it in about an hour--scrumptious!

Maybe my favorite Campbell cheese. Easy to make and eaten communally. My new favorite way to make cauliflower. This was sooo easy! It takes awhile to bake but tasted so good :) and lots of leftovers since we didn't have the time. i could go for days on end without cooking. id say is is good for creamy sauces and inspirational videos.

I was busy cleaning up dessert from last night's wedding (got way too many guests!), so I didn't really have a bright idea for these. There just seemed to be something about the almond extract that made it unappealing to me. I rated it a 3B+, since it was easy enough to make. When I googled it, I came across a review by Bathroom Companion's Tanya Ahleras that I may want to give this more time. I won't be making it again, but at least I'll have something to compare it to next time.

As written, this recipe is fantastic. When I cooked carnitas for chumps, I added in extra ginger and garlic and it was delectable! The addition of coconut milk and dashi were also amazing (for my taste). Since I was only serving 4, I didn't add the rest of the chipsotle powder and jalapeno powder, and it was still scrumptous! I should be able to add more chicken or shrimp at the end... :)
