1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
3/4 cup red wine
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups diced celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup vegetable oil
In a medium bowl, dissolve mayonnaise, vinegar, wine, celery and celery juice. Stir in orange juice concentrate, oil and fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Pour dressing into a large bowl and whisk with a whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
While the mayonnaise mixture is refrigerated, strain orange juice concentrate through a strainer into a 1/2 cup of juice. Serve with fruit salad or fruit slices.
