1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup long grain white rice
In a medium bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil. Add the rice and stir to coat. Shape mixture into 1/4 inch rounds. Place 1/2 inch thick slices of each round on the end of a thin chicken wing.
Brush each wing with lemon juice mixture and cook. Serve wings hot or cold.
