1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x9 inch pan.
In a medium bowl, cream together butter and flour over low speed until smooth. Beat in sifted flour, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and salt. Stir in the corn and vegetables.
Place mixture onto the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
