Stuffed Corn Starchbund Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) package dry corn bread mix

1 (8 ounce) can tomato-vegetable juice cocktail mix

1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 bunch green onions, sliced

1 cup margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 13x9 inch pan. Set aside.

Mix together corn bread mix, tomato juice, mushrooms, green onions, margarine and brown sugar. Spread into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes. While oven is warming, spoon tomato mixture into oven; spoon mixture into bread. Cool, and serve cooled.
