1 cup dry no-bake chocolate syrup
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
Prepare cookies using brown sugar and cream of tartar. Place brown sugar mixture in small plastic bowl; add boiling water and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Shape dough into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Chill chocolate cookie dough for 10 minutes or until completely cool. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread HERSHEY'S Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough on top of chilled cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining cookie dough. Place remaining cookie dough in center of cookie sheet. Bake for 1 minute or until set. Cool completely. Chill 8 hours or overnight. Or store in refrigerator.
