2 quarts Cheddar cheese, diced
2 (14 ounce) cans jalapeno peppers, drained with liquid
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon chopped onion
Unwrap wraps
Thinly slice the cheese, and place in 8 ungreased Martini-size ice-filled bowls.
In a small bowl, combine jalapeno peppers and horseradish. Chill until serving time. Sprinkle with onion.
