1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 (5 ounce) can green beans, drained
2 (3 ounce) cans chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup grilled chicken, cut into cubes
1 (2 pound) whole chicken, cut into cubes
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chili powder, and stir together; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add green beans, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese, yogurt, and chicken; cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
