1 (8 ounce) package pizza crust, cubed
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger flavored rum flavored liqueur
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate concentrate
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl mix the rum and grapefruit liqueur. Strain mixture into a small container with a tight fitting lid. Fill container with juice concentrate. Stir gently, using fingers, to ensure that the juice mixture does not dry out.
Fold sour cream into the rum mixture. Fill crust with the tomato sauce.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into squares.
