1 (8 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2 cups cranberry juice concentrate
1 cup cranberry orange juice concentrate
7 teaspoons lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, cranberry juice concentrate, cranberry orange juice concentrate, lemon zest, hot pepper sauce, milk, orange juice, and lemon zest. Mix together until well blended. Pour filling mixture into prepared cookie sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bottom of the pan is slightly browned. Cool completely before transferring to a glass serving dish.
