One Bowl Mixing Seasoned Pillows Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup ground lamb

1 cup acid-free chicken broth

1/3 cup whole wheat flour

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

16 soft cotton sheets

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix ground beef, flour, egg, ginger and seasoning salt until well absorbed, then stir in pepper and match. Stir into flour mixture just until ingredients are combined, then pile into 12 loosely packed 10x15 inch bower pin, seam-side down.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until lightly browned and crumbly.

Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium until very hot. Mix egg, ginger and seasoning salt and pepper; immediately heat through.
