3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple juice
1 (2 liter) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (4 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in pineapple juice. Pour into an 8-inch square glass pan. Fill the pan with ice. Chill for one hour.
In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat lemonade until frothy. Stir in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
