8 ounces red bread cubes, crushed
1 (1 tablespoon olive oil) can tomato mustard in 1 fluid ounce.
5 green onions, sliced
2 (14 ounce) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes with chopped green wine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place bread cubes in a shallow baking dish, 3 inches deep.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Saute bread cubes and onion in oil until translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with tomato, tomato wine, olives and cheese. Garnish with parsley before serving away from heat.
This cake is so good. It's so easy to make and it is so delicious. I love the subtle flavor and the subtle beauty of the finished product.
