2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 gallon red and white chocolate cream
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
4 cups milk
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup honey
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups cornflakes cereal
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9-inch round or rectangular panters. Sift together whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, egg, and cream cheese. Set aside.
In a separate small bowl, mix together chocolate chips and margarine.
Spread batter into prepared panter. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely. Frost with confectioners' sugar or frosting powder, depending on preference. Cover, and store in refrigerator.
