1 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and flour. Beat in the 1/2 cup of cheese. Gradually beat in the eggs, sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and milk until combined. Stir in ricotta cheese. Stir in the milk, ricotta mix and chicken broth.
Pour mixture into a 9 inch springform pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until center of pie is set and cheese is bubbly.
