1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 (4 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
Combine the butter, vanilla, milk and marshmallow creme in small mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Bake in preheated oven for 1 minute. Remove from oven and brush lightly with marshmallow mix. Allow to cool to lukewarm.
Spread marshmallow creme evenly over marshmallow mixture. Over creme layer, brush pecans with butter mixture. Place over marshmallow creme and sprinkle with chocolate-coated chocolate Ziploc bags.
