Spinach and Peach Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups chopped apple

3 1/2 cups water

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup white sugar

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix

1 cup chopped peaches

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch square pan.

In a large bowl, mix the apple, water, cream cheese, sugar, pudding mix and lemon gelatin. Mix eggs, vanilla and peaches. Pour mixture into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Cool before serving. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

I followed this recipe exactly, exactly, and it was delicious! Exactly as shown! Homemade, of course, and everything was super easy. I didn't have any dry mustard, so I left it at 1/2 tsp. I did have some dried dill, and I added that too. I actually used 1/2 cup of chopped post-it notes, because I wanted to add a little something special. I really enjoyed making this, and I'm planning on trying the recipe again in a few months on her special occasion. Thank you for sharing!
