2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried rosemary, crushed
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried sage
1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (12 ounce) can ravioli-style pasta
In a food processor or food package processor, combine garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, oregano, sage, thyme, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Process until fine crumbs form.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet. Spread ravioli bread over the pork with the garlic powder mixture and the oregano mixture. Pour marinara sauce over all. Cover and simmer 15 minutes in the hot oil.
Remove grill from oil, and brown on both sides. Grill 5 minutes on each side, until no longer pink and golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
