Florentine Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound lean ground beef

1 cup Italian sausage, thinly sliced

1 (3 ounce) can tomato paste

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 egg, beaten

1 (8 ounce) container lasagna pasta

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the beef in the skillet, stirring occasionally. Season with Italian sausage, tomato paste, oregano, basil, oregano, rosemary, basil, marjoram, sage, salt, basil, egg.

Bring skillet to a boil. Add pasta, cheese and meat. Cook for 5 minutes, or until al dente; drain under hot water. Serve hot.
