1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 onion, peeled and sliced
1 Cubit orange, juiced
1 cup milk
1 pound beef brisket (2 pounds)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried sage
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried marjoram (optional)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

Brown beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in egg, onion, orange juice, milk, beef, garlic, salt, paprika, paprika, sage, basil and thyme. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add lemon juice and orange zest to skillet. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven, and side dish. Coat with water to cover, and defrost 1 hour in refrigerator. Serve warm.
