4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
8 slices bacon
1 pound Swiss cheese, diced
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Lay chicken breasts in a single sheet on a cookie sheet. Brush with bacon grease. Dust all with cheese slices in cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, mix bacon grease, mushrooms, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, onion, and Monterey Jack cheese.
Transfer chicken to a large baking dish and arrange the sliced mushrooms over the chicken. Serve sliced chicken with 2 tomato slices on each breast.
