Swiss Roll Recipe

Ingredients

12 slices French bread

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup chopped raspberry tomatoes

1 cup chopped tomatoes with green onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 9x13 inch baking pan.

Place bread slices in each pan, pressing tightly at bottom to prevent sticking.

In medium bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. Stir in lemon zest, oil, tomatoes and tomato. Pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan, leaving about 1/2 inch room in bottom.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes or until center of the pan is bubbly. Cool completely.
