2 (9 inch) flour tortillas
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup salsa
3 tablespoons onion powder
Slice the tortillas horizontally (Fig. 1). Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
Slice the bottoms of the tortillas horizontally (Fig. 2). Dice the tortillas, add 1/2 cup beans and cheddar cheese, and top with salsa and onions.
Seal the corners of the two tortillas inside the fold of the foil, leaving about 1/8 inch of space. Place the tortillas on the prepared baking sheet about 4 inches apart.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Reserve foil and cut into little pieces (Fig. 3). Cool before cutting.
