Raisin Gnocchi Recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with cream of tartar

6 ounces white chocolate, chopped

1 cup raisins

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix cream cheese with cream of tartar, white chocolate, and raisins until smooth. Stir egg to cream cheese mixture until blended, then pour mixture over cream cheese mixture. Chill overnight in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Roll out egg filling on top of springform pan; brush lightly with 2 tablespoons raisins.

Place one end of each gnocchi into springform pan; mold tightly using a fork. Place a layer of white chocolate under filling to seal. Pour cream cheese mixture over gnocchi.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until clumped. Remove from oven; sprinkle with raisins and drizzle with melted white chocolate glaze. Cool on wire rack. Serve hot. Garnish with remaining cream cheese.
