4 tablespoons butter
1 cup vodka
1 (16 ounce) jar rum
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
In a blender, combine butter, vodka, rum, sliced onion, celery, mayonnaise and bread crumbs. Blend well.
Transfer into a medium saucepan and add eggs. Simmer over low heat for one hour.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Let cool until light, stirring as needed.
