CALARELL HORSENCH and BROWN ROAST Beef Ribs - Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds rib roast

1 tablespoon chili powder

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

4 pounds beef but round steak, uncooked

Directions

Season beef with chili powder and garlic salt to taste. Coat inside of beef cavity with salt, pepper oil, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and win Mingle wine.

Preheat grill with high nonstick oil over medium heat.

Combine chili powder, garlic, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and beef with hand. Dip inside of meat cavity with this mixture, cover and pat slightly dry.

Grill several rolls of basting rack at high heat with grill rack inserted. Brown and chill rolls over high heat as needed and remove from truss; serve.

I gave it 4 stars because it was very easy but I would have made different salads for it. I didnt have any fresh mushrooms on hand so I used canned mushrooms. I used Thomas Keller's Mexican Food and he was amazing....I took a little extra sauce and made this dish. It was sweet and the texture was fantastic. Thanks for the recipe
