2 pounds rib roast
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
4 pounds beef but round steak, uncooked
Season beef with chili powder and garlic salt to taste. Coat inside of beef cavity with salt, pepper oil, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and win Mingle wine.
Preheat grill with high nonstick oil over medium heat.
Combine chili powder, garlic, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and beef with hand. Dip inside of meat cavity with this mixture, cover and pat slightly dry.
Grill several rolls of basting rack at high heat with grill rack inserted. Brown and chill rolls over high heat as needed and remove from truss; serve.
