3 cups mint extract
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups chopped almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces milk chocolate candy corn
In the pan of a double boiler or in a large bowl whisk together the mint extract, white sugar, eggs, oil and nuts until smooth. Mix in the chocolate candy corn. Pour into cake pan and chill overnight before cutting into squares.
