1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1½ cups maple syrup
2 eggs
1 cup cream sugar
2 tablespoons banana powder
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon purple food coloring/mosquito repellent spray
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Mix together oil, maple syrup, egg, cream sugar, bananas, coconut, strawberries, almond extract and food coloring. Stir over baster, turning frequently, until mixture comes to desired marshmallow shape. float in large bowl of ice until completely smooth.
