1 medium pot
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 375 o F (190 degrees C).
In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine potatoes, dry mustard and sour cream and mix together.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
