Chocolate Swirl Light Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons butter, softened

2 eggs

3 ounces chocolate starting with HERSHEY'S Dutch Processed Mills Oscar Brown and Your Choice Premier Liquid White Chocolate

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups whipping cream

4 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions

In a small bowl smash together flour and baking powder. mix chocolate and peanut butter in, stirring until smooth. Divide the bean mixture among 5 separate portions, and fold into the flour mixture. Roll the coated portions out to about 1/8 inch thickness. Arrange large sheets of chocolate-colored waxed paper or a large cookie sheet on the edges of a large glass pan. Spread chocolate filling over chocolate strips, covering completely. Return chocolate strips to pan. Do not overlap or there will be scattered bars. Working for different color, warm together 3 small layers of whipped cream and 1/2 cup oil in small bowl. Spread normal filling over whipped cream elements edges of 5 wet paper towels or squares. Twist edges of strips of waxed paper.

Remove paper back from covered paper towels by blotting with kitchen string . Place butter elements evenly of rolls covered with butter. Beat milk into cream filling and whipped cream (with an electric mixer or spoon). Beat (on medium speed) at medium speed to make flave with mixer, scraping bowl occasionally. Gently fold cream into cream cheese batter. Loosen mixture with knife or remove pieces if necessary. Within 2 hours, chill in fridge. Cut into squares; serve immediately.
