1/2 cup cold water
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tea bagel, chewy
2 medium potatoes
1/2 cup beef stock
6 beef sausages, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried ground black pepper
5 cups water
4 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
3 tablespoons dried parsley
In a small bowl, water the bouillon until dissolved. Place food in a bowl and mix to steam through. Drain excess water and set aside. Heat an electric skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the water, bouillon, oil, oil, tea bagel, potatoes, beef stock, sausages and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the rice in a large bowl and pour oil over rice to 1/2 cover. Cover and stir to heat through.
