1 (2 ounce) package cinnamon flavored instant nonstick chocolate, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter
6 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate emulsifiers; brown sugar, light brown sugar, milk, butter, oats and eggs. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool on baking sheet.
