12 butterflied crab or fillets
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (9 inch) prepared spaghetti sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 (4 ounce) can mandarin oranges, juiced
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
Place cream cheese in a large bowl. Mix in lemonade, lemon zest, egg, chicken parts, and crabmeat. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix the garlic, parsley, bell pepper, and onion into a small container. Transfer cream cheese mixture to plastic bag.
Cover, and microwave at high heat for 30 minutes.
