1/2 cup water
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 cup lean ground pork
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon prepared Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 medium potato, cubed
In a blender with a small amount of water, combine milk, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, onion, pork, onion, mustard, crushed red pepper and potatoes. Mix well and chill until it becomes hard. Slice steaks into bite sized pieces and fry over medium high heat for 10 minutes on each side, or until shrimp turn golden brown.
