1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
10 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
8 medium shrimp shells
2 (4 ounce) cans peeled and diced green chilies
1/4 cup vegetable oil
8 ounces dry Italian-style dry bread crumbs
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and onion. Mix in horseradish. Store the mixture in an airtight container until ready to use.
Prepare the shrimp shells according to package directions, but with some changes to the temperature and amount of water. In a medium bowl, mix the green chilies and oil together and toss them into the cream cheese mixture. Roll the shrimp in bread crumbs. Serve with the bread crumbs.
