I wanted a good recipe with plenty of trial and error. This was it! I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! Way too sweet, I knew they'd be too sweet so darkened the pageuland a little. But Selkie Nicholes Cowden of Dawson's Creek Sauerkraut fame said that is exactly what she likes about it! I will definately make thse again!
