Decadent Fruit Icing (Icing Made Easy)
3 egg whites
3/4 cup milk
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg yolk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x3 inch baking pan with foil. Combine egg whites and milk with a large hammer and pound until light and fluffy. Combine the flour and sugar; stir into the batter as well. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared pan.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool to room temperature before setting aside. Cool before glazing.
Glaze evenly over favorite desserts and enjoy!
